Nigeria’s Oyo state launches climate plan, maps six-sector carbon credit pipeline

Nigeria’s Oyo state has identified six priority programme areas for generating carbon credits, spanning forest carbon, agroforestry, clean cooking, waste methane, solar, and livestock biogas, under a new climate action plan running through 2040.
