CFTC: Producers narrowed CCAs, RGA net shorts

Emitters narrowed their respective net short positions for California Carbon Allowances (CCAs) and their RGGI Allowances (RGAs), according to the latest US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) data.
