California assemblymembers respond to Cap-and-Invest revenue concerns, seek clarity on MDI implementation

Sixteen California assemblymembers and senators on Monday wrote a letter in defence of declining Cap-and-Invest revenues, simultaneously calling on the Assembly to resolve outstanding questions around the Manufacturing Decarbonization Incentive (MDI).
