AGs behind 16 US states call out climate disclosures by Big 4 accounting firms

16 US state attorneys General (AGs) said in a recent letter climate activism and support for climate-related financial disclosures by the Big 4 accounting giants go against their professional duty to objectivity and could violate states’ consumer laws.
