Wide variance in Brazil ETS readiness among enterprises, industry association says

Brazil's emissions trading system must balance its potential to generate economic growth with the uneven readiness of the country’s industrial base, while avoiding additional layers of regulatory costs, according to the environment director of one of the country’s main industry bodies.
