Regulators from different states independently advance clean fuels standards, say linkage seems unlikely

Regulators from California, Washington, Oregon, and New Mexico said that they were advancing their respective clean fuels standard rules and that each of these programmes were at different stages, during a panel at the Argus North American Biofuels, LCFS, and Carbon Markets Summit.
