Euro Markets: EUAs consolidate to lock in weekly gain, gas up over 7%

EU carbon prices eased back on Friday to end the week up 1%, as gas surged higher on Friday to chart a 7% weekly rise, as news emerged that EU storage levels had begun to decline for the first time this heating season.
