UK bill tackles grid bottlenecks, halts renewable support, and bans new oil and gas

The UK government introduced fresh legislation on Tuesday to tackle the bottlenecks in grid infrastructure, while also ordering a halt to new renewable energy subsidies, and banning new oil and gas exploration licences in the North Sea.
